Booking Terms and Policies

Please take a moment to read through before confirming your session.

Booking a styling session with me means you're saying yes to yourself — and also agreeing to the terms below that help ensure a smooth experience for both of us.

What to Expect

All services are tailored to your needs and delivered with care. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details and next steps. If you’ve booked via a gift voucher, instructions for redeeming will be included.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens — I get it.

  • At least 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel your session.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the session or be subject to a rescheduling fee.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of booking without refund.

Gift Voucher Terms

  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • They are non-refundable, but can be transferred to someone else with prior notice.

  • If the service booked exceeds the voucher amount, the balance will be payable at checkout.

  • If the service booked is less than the voucher value, the remaining credit will be retained for future use.

Communication

You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking and a reminder before your session. Please add hello@mayflaming.com to your safe sender list to avoid missing updates.
